We invite you to discuss ākonga progress during our upcoming Parent – Teacher conference evenings. These meetings are a fantastic opportunity to connect with kaiako and ensure students are well-supported for the year ahead.

How to Book Your Appointments
All bookings are managed through our online platform, SchoolBridge. We strongly encourage you to make appointments with all ākonga subject teachers.
1. Login: Access your account via the SchoolBridge app on your phone, or click the login button on the Hillmorton High School website to get into SchoolBridge.
2.Select: Click on the Conferences tab.
3.Schedule: Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred times. Detailed instructions are provided after you have clicked on the tab.
4.Review: You can review and confirm your full schedule once selections are made.
Note: Booking slots close one hour before the event starts. Please ensure your appointments are finalised by 1:00pm on the day of the conference.
Setting up an account via your mobile phone and app store:
If you haven’t set up a SchoolBridge account yet, please follow this step-by-step guide.
1. Download the App to your mobile device
You can download the SchoolBridge app by searching for it in your device’s app store:

Apple Devices: Download from the Apple App Store.
2. Sign In to Your Account
Once the app is installed, open it and tap SIGN IN. Use the email address you have registered with your school.
