Dear Parents and Caregivers,
We are writing to inform you of some upcoming staffing changes that will take effect over the course of the year. We appreciate your support as we transition through these adjustments, ensuring continuity in learning for all students. Below are the key updates for Year 7 and Year 8.
Year 7:

Mr Stephen Collins (7AYN) will be leaving for overseas travel at the end of Term 1.

Miss Adrianna Yang will be returning from leave and resumes her role as class teacher/ Whānau group kaiako for 7AYN in Term 2 Week 3.
Year 8:
-
Students will remain in their current learning spaces and on the same timetable. However, due to staffing changes, some teachers will be moving classes.

Mrs Rochelle Atherton (8RAN) will begin her study leave in Week 9 Term 1 and will be away for the remainder of 2025. From week 9, Term 1 Mrs Emilie Mortimer will assume teaching responsibilities for 8RAN and has been appointed to the Acting Head of Learning Area (HoLA) role for the remainder of 2025. Ms Cleo Woodall will move into the collaborative space in week 9 and take over the teaching responsibilities and whānau kaiako role for 8EMR. Mr Kevin Trueman will take over the teaching and whānau kaiako responsibilities of 8CWD from week 9 until we can secure a new teacher for that position and Mrs Mary McNulty will support 8BWO for the last three weeks of the term to cover Mr Trueman.
