Ieuan Edwards competed in the event attracting athletes from schools all over Christchurch, which included a 350m swim, 9km bike and a 3km run!

On the 8th March Ieuan assembled at the Scarborough clock-tower by Sumner Beach to race the best from Canterbury secondary schools. He finished his race with an admirable time, competing against solely able-bodied athletes, and narrowly missed out on placing within the top three in his age group (U16).
