The High Performance Athlete Group (HPAG) over the past few weeks have been attending training sessions run by the strength and conditioning coaching students at the University of Canterbury.
A partnership with the University of Canterbury’s Sports Coaching diploma has given a few of our High Performance Athletes the opportunity to train once a week for 2 hours with their coaching students. They are working in small groups with a focus on form and technique for various exercises. This exciting partnership has just started but aims to grow over the next few years.
