Horomoka staff enjoyed a Staff Breakfast in the Foods Department on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week (18/19 Sep).

Students arrived for this practical assessment occasion at 6.15 am on both days looking professional in white shirts, black pants and skirts and black shoes and tights.  Half of the students cooked the menu on Tuesday for 32 guests while the other half of the class waited on tables and they changed roles on Wednesday.  Staff paid $5.00 for a choice of Smokey Moroccan Eggs and Flat Breads with Feta and Coriander or Blueberry Hotcakes with Maple Syrup, Banana and Greek Yogurt.  This was followed by plunger coffee and tea.  Students were very appreciative of the support of the staff during this authentic learning occasion.
